Among the latest NYSC news getting to us, we have received a very serious complaint from candidates trying to apply for the NYSC mobilization exercise about an error in selecting states of deployment on the NYSC portal.
Several candidates who have just begun registration for the NYSC program are beginning to complain about their recent experience with the National Youth Service Corps registration portal.
After enrolling for NYSC thumbprinting, some have already paid to the bank or through NYSC online payment and continue with their registration only to face a “no available slot” response on the fields where candidates are expected to select their states of deployment for the Batch “B” exercise.

At this point, we have to be honest with you that the issue is a general issue and nothing to panic much about because the National Youth Services Corps is aware of the recent mishap and have been notified about the inconveniences experienced using different media platforms; through email and comments on both Facebook and Twitter handle of the NYSC.
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) will fix the bug as soon as possible so that people can continue with their NYSC Batch registration before the closing date.

We can’t really say for sure, but this is usually a result of network issues or some server-related problems that can result in the wrong output of information as currently seen on the NYSC portal.

We strongly recommend you keep retrying as we can’t properly estimate the time it will take the body (NYSC) to fix the bug but we trust them to do so as soon as possible.
So you have to keep checking the NYSC portal and make sure you’re carrying out your registration at NYSC approved registration center in the country.
