The physical therapy university of Toronto MScPT is a professional program that requires the completion of a four-year undergraduate degree for admission. Previously, graduates received a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy (BSc PT). This undergraduate program was replaced in 2001 with the 26-month Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT).

2. University of British Columbia
The MPT Program is based on a distributed model of education. Of the 120 students admitted annually, 80 attend the Vancouver cohort at the UBC Point Grey Campus, 20 students attend the MPT-North cohort in Prince George at the UNBC Campus, and 20 students will attend the MPT-Fraser Valley cohort starting in 2023. Students also undertake 6 clinical placements throughout the program. These placements are in a variety of settings throughout the province to give students an insight into the scope of the profession and a breadth of clinical experience.
